Death by Frost is the most powerful Ice spell. It is a single target spell which does d+5 + 1 per level in damage for 3 rounds. It also reduces status by 1 per level. Armor can not block this effect due to the fact that the target gets frozen from the inside.

To cast Legacy Death by Frost:
- Roll: O6 + SPIRIT + Attunement + Ice vs DR 17
- Cost: 6 Mental Fortitude
- Time: 5 round
- Cooldown: 7 hours
Transfer Requirements
- Receiving: Requires Ice Attunement 5 or higher
